RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO . 2971 DESIGNATING ROSS ROAD
A THROUGH HIGHWAY AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH TALISMAN DRIVE
The Council of the City of Palo Alto d oes RESOLVE as fol-
lows:
SECTION 1. Section 4 of Resoluti on 2971 is amended to
designate Ross Ro ad as a through highway at the int ersecti on of
Talisma n Driv e a nd when signs a re erected giving notice thereof,
dr ivers of vehicles shall stop.
SECTION 2. Any previoua res ol uti ons or p ortions thereof
are re pealed to the e xtent that they p rovide fo r the placing and
maintenance of traffic contr ol devices inconsist ent with those
author ize d by this re so lution.
