W HEREAS, a subdi visi on map designated as T ract No. 4511
Condominium Subdivision Casa B ryant Townh ouse b eing a porti on
of Lo t 2, Bloc k 18, Univ ersity Pa rk, B ook "D" of Maps, Page 69
Sa nta clar a County Records, City of Pal o Alto, S anta Cl ar a
County, Califor nia prepared by Timothy D. S andis and Associ ates
Consulting Civil Engine ers, 812 Castro Street, Mountain View,
California , received by the Engineering Department April 26,
1968, has been submitted to the City f or its approv al pursu atat
to Busine ss a nd Professions Co de Secti on 11004; and
WHEREAS, the Plann ing Co mmission of the City of Palo Alto
has heretofore approve d said subdivision map and has r ecommended
tha t it be a pproved by this Council.
NOW; THEREFORE, be it r esolved that that certain subdivision
map designated as Tract No. 4511 Condominium Subdivision C as a
