PROJECT NO. 64-4 RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alt o, Califor nia, that WHEREAS, pursuant to Res ol ution No. 4077 of Preliminary Deter- mination and of Intention, adopted by the Council of the City of Pa lo Alto on Februar y 5, 1968, pursuant to the P alo Alto Municipal Code, the City Engine er has filed with the City Clerk the written report called fo r under said Code and by said R es ol uti on, which repo rt ha s been prese nted by said Clerk to this C ou ncil for con- side ration, and this Council ha s considered and p reliminarily approved a nd co nfirmed said report and ordered that the same stand as the report fo r the pu rpose of all subsequen t proceedin gs has p ursua nt to said Resolu tion of Preliminary Determination and of Intention; 24th NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, tha t Mo nday, the Y1thc d ay of June, 1568, at the hou r of 7:30 o'clock P.M., Cou ncil Chambers, City Hall, Palo Alto, California, be, and the sa me are hereby appointed a nd fixed as the time an d place whe n and w here said Council will co nsider and finally determine w hether the pu blic interest, conv enien ce and necessity r equire said acquisitions and improvements, and when an d where it will co nsider and finally a ct upon the Engin eer's report u nder said Resolution of Preliminary Determination a nd of Intention. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, directed to give no tice of said hearing twice in the Pa lo Alto Times, a new spaper pu blished and cir cu la ted in sa id City, a nd by con spicu ously posting a notice thereof alon g all the open streets within the a ssessme nt district at not mor e than thr ee hu ndred feet apart an d not less than three in all; said po sting a nd first pu b- lication to be had a nd completed at least ten da ys befor e the date herein s et for hearing of pr otests. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that said notices sh all be headed "Notice of Impro vement " in letters of not less than one-h alf i nch in height and shall, in l egible cha racters, state the f act and d ate of the pa ssage of said Resolution of Preliminary Determi nation and of I nte n- tion, and of the filing of said repo rt, and of th e date, hour and pla ce set for the hearing of said p rotests, and bri efly describe the a cquisitio ns a nd improvem ents proposed to be made, and refer to said Resolution of Pre liminary Dete rminati on and of Intenti on and report fo r further par ticulars.
