A RESOLUTION ORDERING MODIFICATION IN THE
BOUNDARI ES OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
GREEN ACRES II UNDERGROUND UTILITIES CONVERSION PROJECT 66-6
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alt o, Calif ornia,
that
WHEREAS, this Council has heretofore expressed its intention to
o rder a modification in the bound aries of the assessment district
for med pursuan t to Resolution N o. 4067 of Pr eliminary Determin ati on
and of Intention, adopted by this C ouncil on January 22, 1968;

of the Cou nty Reco rder of the County of Santa Clara.
