RESOLUTION NO. 4115
A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION IN ASSESSMENT
GREEN ACRES II UNDERGROUND UTILITY CONVERSION PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the Co uncil of the City of Palo Alt o, Califo rnia,
that
WHEREAS, the own er of Di agram and Assessment No. 125, duly
levied pu rsu ant to Revoluti on N o. 4067, A Resolution of Preliminary
Determinatio n and Intention, ad opt ed by this Council on Ja nuary 22,
1968, has requested that his assess ment be reduced on the b asis that
he wishe s to accom plish the construction of on site service co nnec-
tion fa cilities by means other than through the City's contract or.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that said Diagram and Assess ment
No . 125 is her eby reduced from $431 to $181, and all wo rk of con-
stru cting the on site se rvice connectio n to the home on said pr operty
is hereby deleted from the construction contra ct.
