RESOLUTION NO. 4110
A RESOLUTION DESCRIBING PROPOSED MODIFICATION IN THE
BOUNDARIES OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT AND OF INTENTION
TO ORDER A MODIFICATION 1N SAID BOUNDARIES
GREEN ACRES II UNDERGROUND UTILITIES CON VERSION
PROJECT NO. 66-6
RESOLVED, by the Cou ncil of the City of P alo Alto, Califor nia,
tha t
WHEREAS, on February 5, 1968, this Cou ncil adopted its
Re solution No. 4072, A Re solution Describi ng Pr op osed Boundaries
of the Assessment District and Dire cting Rec ordatio n of Notice of
Assessment, wherein the boundaries of th e prop osed assessment district
to be formed pur sua nt to Resolution of Preliminary Determination and
of Intention No . 4067 a dopted by this Council on Ja nuary 22, 1968,
were descr ibe d by re ference to a map on file in th e office of the
City Clerk;
NHEREAS, said map, as appr oved by said Co uncil, was filed in
the office of the County Recorde r of the County of Santa Clar a within
fifteen da ys after adoption of said resolution, as re quired by l aw;
WHEREAS, at the public hearing held pursuant to said Resolu-
tion cer tain property owners filed requests in writing that them
lands :be excluded fr om said proposed boundarie s;
WHEREAS, it appears that the exclusion of such la nds will not
increase thu. cost of any a ssessmen t by reason thereo f or su bstan-
tially a ffect the distr ibutio n of benefits from the wo rk; and
WHEREAS, the City Enginee r has prepared a rev ised map of
the assessmen t district with sa id lands exc luded;
NOW, THREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLO WS:
1. The proposed modification in the boundaries of the assess-
me nt district is hereby described by refe ren ce to the map of the
assessmen t district, rev ised to exclude Diagram and Assessment
Nos. 46 a nd 59 to 70, inclusive.
2. The City Clerk is hereby direct ed to file said revised
map with the Cou nty Rec order of the C ounty of S anta Clara f orth with,
3. This Council h ereby exp ress es its intenti on to ord er
said modifications in the bou ndaries of the assessment district by
excluding said lands at its first me eting held at least ten days
after the filing of said revised map in the office of the County
Recorder.
