RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, Californi a,
tha t
WHEREAS, pursu ant to Res oluti on No. 4093, A Resolution Providing
fo r the issuance of $975,000 Pla n G Bonds, adopted by said Co uncil on
Mar ch 11, 1968, a nd its Re solution No. 4094, c alling for bids on the
sale of said bonds, ado pted Ma rch 11, 1968, n otic e of said s ale har
been duly given;
WHEREAS, bids ha ve been rece ive d and publicly opened, examined
and declared and the results there of reported to this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That a ll wr itten bids re ceiv ed for the purchas e of s aid
bo nds, excepting the bid herein state d, be, an d they are hereby,
reje cted, an d that said bonds be, and the y a re hereby orde red sold
K ir chner, Moore & Company and: B ar cua,
to K indred & Company , as the highest responsi-
ble bidder the refor, said sale to be subject to all ci the terns and
conditions set forth in the Official Notice of Sale of said bo nds.
2. That the City Trea surer be , and he is he reby, direc ted to
have sa id bo nds printed fo rthw ith, and that the same be immediately
signed, sea led and deliver ed to said bidder on r ec eipt of the amou nt
therefor a nd upon the perfor mance of the conditio ns con ta ined in
said wr itten o ffer.
3. That the interest r ate of said bonds be, an d the sane is
hereby, fixed at the rate s ta ted in said bid.

correct copy of a resolution duly passed and ad opt ed by the
Cou ncil of the City of Palo Alto, Calif ornia, at a meeting
thereo f held on the Z5 day of March , 1968 ,
