on Mar ch 11, 1968, and its Resolution No. 4096, calli ng for bids on
the sale of sa id bon ds, ado pted March 11, 1968, notice of said sal e
has been duly given;
WEEMS, bids have be en r ece iv ed and publicly opened, examined
and decla red, and the results ther eof reported to this Council

bonds, excepting the bid here in stated, be, and they a re he reby ,

responsible bidder th erefor, said sale to be oubject to a ll of the
ter ms and conditions set forth in the Official Notice of Sale of
said bonds.
