The minutes of the regular meeting adjourned meeting of November 17, 1919, were read. of November 10 and the read and approved as Report of Planninpe Commission: Zone Chan Tne City Planning Commission submitted a report on the petition of property owners in Blocks 4, 13 and 20, requesting that certain property. described in said petition be included in Zone #5, said petition having been referred to •the Commission from the City Council, recommending that the property in question be included in Zone #3 instead of Zone #5. Maddux, chairman of the Community Center Commission, made a report of the activities of the Community Center House for November. The report was received and ordered filed. Councilman Jordan asked whether a sign was to be placed on the house. It was the opinion that this should be left to the judgment of the Commission. Claims Allowed. A claim was presented by Mrs. M. E. Richardson for the soldier's tax exemption for 1918-19, $9.50, and for 1919-20, $10.50. On motion of Wing and Miller the exemption for 1919-20 was allowed, and the exemption for 1918-1.9, if the same is found legal, by '.unanimous vote. on roll call.
