RESOLUTION NO. 4096 ORIGINAL
A RESOLUTION CALLING BIDS FOR SALE OF BONDS
CALIFORNIA AVENUE DISTRICT
OFF-STREET PARKING PROJECT NO. 65-9
PLAN G BONDS
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that
1. The City Clerk is hereby directed to call for sealed pro-
posals or bids for the sale of all bonds to be issued to represent
unpaid assessments under Bond Plan G in the proceedings had and taken
by the Council pursuant to its Resolution of Intention No. 3950
adopted by it on January 3, 1967.
2. Notice thereof shall be published twice in the Palo Alto
Times, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and by mailing to banks and bond houses
interested therein, the first of which publication and mailing
shall be at least ten (10) days before the date fixed for receiv-
ing bids, and giving notice of the time and place when and where
said bids will be publicly opened, examined and declared.
3. The Council will furnish the legal opinion of the law
firm of Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo, California,
unqualifiedly approving the legality of the proceedings in the
issuance of said bonds.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and cor-
rect copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Council
of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on
the 11th day of March , 1968, by the following vote of the
members ereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Arnold, Berwald, Clark,
Comstock, Dias, Gallagher, Pearson, Spaeth, Wheatley
