Mayor Cooley presided and roll call was as follows: Present: Cathcart, Cooley, Baaterd.ay, Jordax:, :i11er, Moller, Snyder, Thous. Absent: Fisher, Henry, Mosher, Peterson, Swain, Vail, Wing.
