March 10, 1919.
The Council of the City of Pale Alto met in regular ses-
sion on this date at 8 p.m., with Mayor Cooley presiding. Roll
call as foliows:-
PreMent: Cathcart, Cooley, Easterdey, Jordan, Miller, Peterson,
Roller, Snyder, Thoi _s, Vail.
Absent: Fisher, henry, Mosher, Wing.
The minutes of the meetings of February 10th, 15th and
24th and :.larch 7th, and 8th, 1919, were read and approved
as read.
Letters Filed.
The City Attorney asked leave to file letters from at-
torneys Daniel Marceau and Earl D. White, relatingg, to street work.

This being the time set for "nearing the an_lication of
Wall L. Moreland for a permit to operate automobile passenger busee
over the streets of Palo Alto, the matter was taken up. Louis Kii
appeared as attorney for the -applicant.
On motion of Peterson. and Vail a temporary permit was
granted, good until the next :;.ecti :a, when a resolution will be
presented for action by the Council.

erated," was affirmed by unanimous vote.
