RESOLUTION NO. 4092 ORIGINAL
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
GREEN ACRES II UNDERGROUND UTILITIES CONVERSION
PROJECT NO. 66-6
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, that
WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Palo Alto, in open session
on the 28th day of February, 1968, did publicly open, examine and declare
all sealed proposals or bids for the work to be done and improvements to
be made, as described and specified in Resolution No. 4067 of Preliminary
Determination and of Intention, adopted by the Council of said City on
January 22, 1968, to which resolution reference is hereby made for a
description of the work and improvements to be done and the materials,
supplies and equipment to be furnished therefor;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said Council hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids
except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for
doing the work and improvements and furnishing the materials, supplies
and equipment necessary therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder,
to wit:
St. Francis -Electric Company
at the unit prices named in bid.
2. That the City Manager is herebyauthorized to make and enter
into a written contract with said successful bidder and to receive and
approve all bonds in connection therewith, and the City Clerk is hereby
directed to attest his signature and affix thereto the official seal
of said City.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Council of the City
of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on the llth day
of March , 1968, by the following vote of the members etfi of:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Arnold, Beahrs, Berwald, Clark,
Comstock, Cooley, Dias, Gallagher, Pearson, Spaeth, Wheatley
NOES, Councilmen: None
