A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
WITH THE PACIFIC TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY
GREEN ACRES II UNDERGROUND UTILITIES CONVEPION
PROJECT NO. 66-6
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that the Agreement by and between The Pacific Telephone and Telegraph
Company and the City of Palo Alto, dated March 11, 1968, and in form
this date presented to this Council, be, and it is hereby, approved,
and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreement, in duplicate, on behalf of the City of Palo Alto, and the
City Clerk is hereby directed to attest her signature and affix
thereto the- official seal of the City.
1 hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Council of the
City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on the llth
day of March, 1968, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Arnold, Beahrs, Berwald, Clark, Comstock, Cooley,
Dias, Gallagher, Pearson, Spaeth, Wheatley
