RESOLUTION NO. 4088
A RESOLUTION ORDERING ADDITIONAL CONTRIBUTION
GREEN ACRES II
UNDERGROUND UTILITIES CONVERSION PROJECT NO. 66-6
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that it is hereby determined that the additional amount necessary
to avoid any general increase in assessments, estimated at k16,433 ,
be contributed by the City of Palo Alto from Electric Fund,
reserve for underground additions Vontil towards the cost of the improvements
and expenses incidental thereto,' 111 proceedings being conducted pur-
suant to Resolution No. 4067, A Resolution of Preliminary Determination
and of Intention, adopted by said Council on January 22, 1968, and
that the total assessment and each individual assessment as set forth
in the Engineer's Report remain unchanged.
