RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
REQUESTING BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF COUNTY OF SANTA
CLARA TO REVIEW PROPOSED MOVE OF SEA SCOUT BASE
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto has recently
been informed of the problems that the proposed move of the
Sea Scout Base will caube to the Sea Scouts, and because they
are a worthwile and attractive community organization which
will benefit many of our boys.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Santa Clara is requested to review the proposed move
of the Sea Scout Base with a view toward leaving it in the close
vicinity of its present location.
