RESOLUTION NO. 4086
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4008 ADOPTING A COMPENSATION
PLAN BY ADDING A NEW CLASSIFICATION TO THE ADMINI-
STRATIVE SALARY SCHEDULE
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol-
lows:
SECTION 1. That the Administrative Salary Schedule attached
as Page 11 of Exhibit A to Resolution No. 4008 be and the same
is hereby amended to add a new classification as follows:

CLASS CODE CLASS TITLE Minimum ximum
806 Director of Administrative Services 860 1204
SECTION 2. That the amendment to the Administrative Salary
Schedule set forth in Section 1 of this Resolution shall become
effective upon the passage of this resolution.
SECTION 3. That all other sections shall remain the same
as adopted.
