ordinance No. 175, entitled "Ordinance Providing for
the zuolic Health. and 6afety, Relating to the Wearing of Masks,00
was received from the Board of Public Safety with the recommenda-
tion that the same be passed as an emergency ordinance.
Said ordinance No. 175 was read and on mot -ion of Snyder
(H.J.)•seconr ed by Roller. .was passed as an emergency ordinance
by unanimous vote on roll call.
Snyder (J.0.) and Thoits moved that it is the sense of
toe Council that such fines as may be collected for the viola-
tion of said ordinance be donated to the Red Cross for the bene-
fit of the public health and the motion was adopter.
