Said ordinance No. 175 was read and on mot -ion of Snyder (H.J.)•seconr ed by Roller. .was passed as an emergency ordinance by unanimous vote on roll call. Snyder (J.0.) and Thoits moved that it is the sense of toe Council that such fines as may be collected for the viola- tion of said ordinance be donated to the Red Cross for the bene- fit of the public health and the motion was adopter.
