A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONt:;
UNIVERSITY AVENUE DISTRICT
CIVIC CENTER OFF-STREET PARKING PROJECT NO. 66-8
PLAN B BONDS
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3896, adopted
by said Council on June 13, 1966, and its Resolution calling for
bids on the sale of bonds pursuant thereto, adopted on January 22,
1968, notice of said sale has been duly given;
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed therein for receiving
bids for the purchase of said bonds, and said bids have been re-
ceived and publicly opened, examined and declared by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids received for the purchase of said
bonds, excepting the.bid herein stated, be, and they are hereby,
rejected, and that said bonds be, and they are hereby, ordered
sold to First California Company
as the highest responsible bidder therefor, said sale to be subject
to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the Notice of Sale
of said bonds and in said accepted bid.
2. That the Treasurer be, and he is hereby, directed to have
said bonds printed forthwith, and that the same be immediately
'signed, sealed and delivered to said bidder on receipt of the amount
therefor and upon the performance of the conditions contained in
said written offer.
3. That the interest rate of said bonds be, and the same is
hereby, fixed at the rate stated in said bid.

correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Council
of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on
the 12th day of February , 1968 , by the following vote of the
members thereof:

Arnold, Beahrs, Berwald, Clark, Comstock, Cooley, Dias, Gallagher,
Pearson, Spaeth, Wheatley
