attend Memorial Day Service at the Methodist Church was accepted
on motion of Swain and henry.
Letter of Thanks: Filed,
A letter was received from Mrs, Rose Sharp Nanking
the Council for remitting the bills of the Defenders' Club and

A request from the Grand Army Past for permission

A resolution entitled, "Resolution of the City Planning
Co rciesion Relating to Hotels, Lodging houses and Tenements,"
a d recommending the enactment of an ordinance submitted with said
resolution, was read and on motion was accepted.

Ordinance #169, entitled, An Ordinance of the City of
Palo Alto Relating to the Erection, Construction, Reconstruction,
Resoving, Alteration, Use and Occupancy of Hotels, Lodging houses
and Tenement Houses, and the Use and Occupancy of the Premise;:
