Ma 1 .r 1 18y . ,..o The Council Of the City of Palo Alto met in regular ses- sion on this date at 8 p.m., with Mayor Cooley presiding. The City Clerk states that Mr. A. Y. Cathcart, appointed Councilman at the last meeting, had taken the oath of office. The :Ysyor welcomes Mr. Cathcart on behalf of the Council.
