RESOLUTION NO. 4068
A RESOLUTION DETERMINING CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY
AND ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
CALIFORNIA AVENUE AREA
PARKING PROJECT NO. 65-9
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that
WHEREAS, on January 15, 1968, this Council adopted its Resolution
No. 4061 of Preliminary Determination and of Intention to Make Changes
and Modifications, wherein it did preliminarily determine that the
public interest, convenience and necessity require and that it intends
to order certain changes and modifications therein particularly de-
scribed, in the proceedings being conducted under Resolution of Inten-
tion No. 3950, adopted by said Council on January 3, 1967;
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution No. 4061, notice has been
duly given of the time and place when and where said Council will con-
sider and finally determine whether the public interest, convenience
and necessity require said changes and when and where it will consider
and finally act upon the matter of making said changes and modifica-
tions, and when and where it will hear all protests in relation
thereto; and
WHEREAS, no persons interested appeared or filed
written protests against said proceedings or any part thereof and all
persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard,
and all matters and things pertaining to said changes and modifications
were fully heard and considered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all protests and objections be, and they are hereby,
overruled.
2. That the public interest, convenience and necessity require
said changes and modifications as set forth in Resolution No. 4061 of
Preliminary Determination and of Intention to Make Changes and Modi-
fications, adopted January 15, 1968.
3. That said changes and modifications are hereby ordered to
be made and had, all as more particularly set forth in said Resolution
No. 4061.

I hereby -certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Council of the City
of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 5th day
of February, 1968, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Arnold, Beahrs, Berwald, Clark, Comstock, Cooley, Dias, Gallagher,
Pearson, Spaeth, Wheatley
NOES, Councilmen: None
ABSENT, Councilmen:
