RESOLUTION NO. 4063
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE P -C DEVELOPMENT PLAN AS APPROVED BY
ORDINANCE NO. 2199 FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS "BRYANT
TOWERS" AND LOCATED AT 180 BRYANT STREET, EXTENDING
THE TIME LIMIT FOR DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2199 adopted August 10, 1964
established a P -C zone district for the property known as
"Bryant Towers" and located at 180 Bryant Street; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2199 sets forth a development
schedule which the Council, on the recommendation of the
Planning Commission, desires to extend;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. That the second sentence of Ordinance No.
2199, Section 3, Subsection (c), be and hereby is amended to
read as follows:
"Construction and landscaping shall be
completed by December 31, 1969".
SECTION 2. That all other sections of said development
plan shall remain as originally written.
