RESOLUTION NO. 4059
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AUTHORIZING CERTIFICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY IN
CONNECTION WITH EL CAMINO REAL WIDENING PROJECT 64-1
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as
follows:
SECTION 1. That the Council of the City of Palo Alto
has found and determined, and hereby does find, d3termine and
declare, in connection with the advertising for construction
for Project IV -SCI -82, El C mino Real, between. 0.3 mile south-
east of San Antonio Road and 0.1 mile northwest of Matadero Creek,
in the City of Palo Alto and vicinity, it is necessary to file
with the District Engineer, Division of Highways, State of Cali-
fornia, a certificate in the form attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference.
SECTION 2. That the contents of said certificate relating
to the right'of way and other obstructions have been verified by
the City Engineer of the City of Palo Alto.
SECTION 3. That the aforesaid certificate attached hereto
has been heretofore approved by the Council of the City of Palo
Alto.
SECTION 4. The City Engineer of the City of Palo Alto
is hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver the
certificate in the form attached hereto on behalf of the City of
Palo Alto to the proper official of the State of California,
Division of Highways.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution by a vote of two-thirds of all of the members
of the City Council.
