at S -p.m., pursuant to adjournment ent of September 11, 1917, with
Mayor Cooley presiding.
Roll call showed that a. quorum was not present.
Attorney W. ..H..Hart and Mrs.. Loretta P. hart were pre- -
sent and General Hart made statement that he did not care to make
an oralargument on the heu..ring of the protest filed by him a-
gainst a change of grade for the Palo Alto Avenue subway.
