Se ction 1. The Page 411 Road -Oregon Avenue Underp ass is
hereby designated a freew ay for its length,frgm itt ent rances
at Emerso n Stree t a nd at Birch Street, incl uding its.;:atweps and
appr oaches, en d the use of said freew ay or any p ortio n thereof
by pedestrians, bicycle s or other no n -motorized traffic or by
atpr,person operating a motor -driv en cycle is hereby prohibited.
This r egula tion sha ll be effective when appr opri ate signs giving
notice ther eof ar e ere cted by the City Reneger.
Section 2. The fo llow ing a re designated as interse ctions
at which vehicles are required tp Yield the right of way:
Ramp A (leadin g fro m Oregon. *ven ue Underpass east to
Alma Street north) yields. to.Alma Street
Ramp R (leading fr om Alma Stre et nor th to Or egon Avenue
underpa ss we st) yields to Or egon Av enu e.
Ramp E (le ading fr om Pa ge Mill Road west to Or ego n
Av en ue un der pass ea st) yields to Or egon Aven ue,
Resolution 3112 is hereby amended accordingly.
Sectio n 3. Ore gon Ave nue under -pass at its in ter section
with Ramp D (leading fr om Alma Street so uth to 0r e3on Avenue
unde rpass west) is hereby designate d a thro ugh stree t and election
4 of Re so lution 2971 is amended ac cor dingly.
Section 4. The following are hereby designa ted zo ne s at
whic h there shall be per mitted no par king at an y time, an d Sectio n
6 of Resolution 2971 a nd the Par king Zones Map of the City of
Pa lo Alto are *tended accordingly:
a) The southeast side of Or egon Avenue bypas s between
High Str eet and Em er son Street.

b) The So utheast side of Page Mill Road from a point
opposite the end of Bi rch Street to P ark B ouleva rd.
c) The west aide of Birch Street between Sh erman
Avenue and Sheridan Ave nue
d) The east side of Ash Street between Sh erman Ave nue
an d Page Mill Road.
Section 5 Greer Road at its int ersectio n with Col orad o
Aven ue is her eby designated a th rough Street and Secti on 4 of
Resolution 2971 is amen ded accordingly.
Sectio n 6. The fo llo win g highways are her eby desig nated
through highw ays over the distanc es !,ndicated a nd Section 3 of
Resolution 2971 is ame nded a ccor dingly:
a) East Bayshor e Roa d for its e ntire length .
b) West ,Bayshore Road for its entir e. length .
0) Fabian Way from Char leston Roa d to We st Bayah ore Road.
