A substitute motion by Mosher and Roller that the petition be laid on the table pending action on the report of Committee #1 was passed., CommitteeFwnort of R A report was received from Committee #t1 recommending that plays anal estimates be prepared for improving the Plaza Entrance in accordance with deoigne adopted by the City Planning Commission and approved by the City Council, and that said plans and esti- mates include plans and estimates for a municipal hotel. A communication from Chas. H. Cheney, consultant of the City Planning Commission, was read, giving the cost of preparing details plane for said improvements as $800.00.
