OF ENGINEERING DOCUMENTS

RESOLVED, by the C ou ncil of the City of P alo Alto, Califor ni
that
WHEREAS, on Dece mbe r 14, 1959, this Cou ncil ad opted its
Re solution No. 3174 in which the City Engineer was di rected to
prepare engineering doc uments fo r the abo ve -entitled proj ect;
WHEREAS, such do cumen ts have been prep ared and pres ent ed to
this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT I3 ORDERED tha t said docum ents, consist-
ing of pla ns and specifications for the impr ovement s, maps and
descr iptions of lands, ea semen ts or impr ovements necess ary or
con ven ie nt to be taken fo r such pro pose d improveme nts, engin eer's
estima te of itemized an d total cost of said acquisitions and
improv ements, map show in g the bounda ry line of the pr oposed assess
men t distr ict, a nd diagram and assessment, be, a nd they are hereby
pr elimin ar ily approv ed, and ordered filed in the office of the
City Cle rk.
I hereby certify the foregoing to be a tr ue copy of resolu -
tion a dopted by the Council, of the City of Palo Alto, Ca liforn ia ,
at a regular meeting ther eof held on the 14th da y of December ,
