The Council of the City of Palo Alto met on this date .at 8 p.m., pursuant to a.dC our.+m..nt of June 25, 1917, Mayor Cooly presiding. Roll call as follows: Present: Congdon, Cooley, Henry, Jordan, Miller, Mosher, Petersen Roller, Snyder, Swain, Thcits, Vail.
