RESOLUTION NO. 3174
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ENGINEERING DOCUMENTS
WEST CHARLESTON ROAD
PROJECT NO. 59-9
RESOLVED, by the Co uncil of the City of P alo Alto, Califo rnia,
that the fo llowing engi neeri ng doc uments relating to the acquisi-
tion an d impr ov ement of West Charleston Road described in R esol u-
tion No. 3160, A Resolution of Pr elimi na ry Determi nation, adopted
by this Cou ncil on November 23, 1959, to -wit:
1. Plans a nd specifications for improveme nts .
2. Map or plat of lands or improveme nts necessa ry or
con venient to be taken for such pr oposed improvements .
3. Engineer's estim ate of itemized and t ot al cost of said
acquisitions and improvements.
4. Map showing boundary line of the proposed assessment
distr ict.
5. Diagram and assessmen t.
