The Council of the City of Palo Alto met on this date at v p.m-, purauant to a J ournmen t of June 11„ 1917, with Mayor Cool- ey presiding. Roll call as follows: Present: Congdon, Cooley, Henry, Jordan, Miller, Mosher, Boiler, Snyder, Thoits, Wing. Absent: Ackley, Peterson, Swain, Vail.
