RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, Califo rnia
that
WHEREAS, Lot 2, Block 367, a nd Lot 15, Block 367, Chabot
Ter ra ce Subdivision have be en s ubjected to special assessment
under Diagram an d Asse ssment No. 130 and No . 117, respecti vely,
pursuant to Resolu tion No. 3141 of Inte ntio n, adopted September 28
1959; an d
WHEREAS, it appear s that said parcels were acquired by the
State of California for public use prior to the c onfirmation of
the assessmen t in said pr oceedin gs.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that s aid assessments, and
each of them, be, and they are her eby, can celled.
