RESOLUTION ORDERING WELD 11UISAICE ABATED
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, that:
WIEREAS, pursua nt to Resolution NO. 3168 of this Council
or der ing same, notice h as b een duly gi ven that thi s is the time
and place set for the he aring of obj ections to the prop os ed d es-
tru ctio n or re moval of weeds; and
WHEREAS, all persona interested were given an opportunity to
be he ard, a nd all ma tters pertai ning to said d estru ction or remov al
of we eds were fully heard and considered by this Council, a nd no
objectio ns ha ve been received;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that th e City Engineer shall
abate such public n uisance of we eds, as declared in Resolution No.
_3168 ,, by having said weeds destroyed or removed, and any property
o wner shall hav e the right to destr oy or remov e such weeds hims elf,
or ha ve the same de stroyed or re moved at his own expens e, provided
that such weeds sha ll hav e been removed pr io r to the arrival of th e
City Engineer or his authoriz ed repr esentative to remove them.
The above and fore going r eso lution was duly a nd regularly
introduced a nd passe d at a regular meeting of the Council of the
City of Palo Alto on Mon.}av , the 14th day of Decembe r , 1959,
by the following vote:
