Approval of Estimate of Cost an d of Prelimina ry Determinatio n and
of Intention to Ma ke Changes and Modifications, adopted September
28, 1959.
2. Notice thereof shall be published twice in the Palo Alto
Times, a newspaper of gen eral cir culation, prin ted, pu blished and
circulated in said City, the fir st of which shall be at le ast ten
(10) days before the date fix ed for receiving bids, an d giving
notice of the time a nd place when and where said bids will be
pu blicly opened, examined and declar ed.
3. Tne Council will fur nish the le gal o pinion of the law
fir m of Kirkbr ide, Wilson, Herzfeld .& Wallace, San Mateo, Ca lif-
o rnia, unqualifiedly approving the legality of the pro ceedin gs
in the issuance of said bonds.
