OF AGREEM ENT FOR EXPENDITURE ON
OAS TAX ALLOCATION FOR MAJOR O1TX STREETS .
WHEREAS, a,mrta disment has been prese nt ed to be
en tered into with the State of Califor nia in a000rda noe with a
project statemen t su bmitted by the City of Pale Alto
for ex penditure of the gas tax a llocation to cities fo r the
fisoa l year 1959-60, a nd
WHEREAS, the city council ha s heard read said agreeme nt in
fu ll an d is familia r w ith the conten ts t sreo fj
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the pity cou ncil of the City of
Palo Alto that said project statement be I nd
it is her eby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditur es of
the gas tax allocation to cities, and sa id agreement be an d the
same is hereby approv ed an d the mayor an d the oity clerk ars
direoted to sign the same on beha lf of said Gity, said agreement
to be bin ding upon the City u pon its ex ecu tion by the authorised
officials of the Sta te.
