Delegates to Bay
An invitation was received from the Down Town Associa-
tion of San Francisco to the Council to send representatives to
a meeting to be held in the St. France e; Hotel, San Francisco% at
12:30 November15► 1916, to consider the bulk.,.,: of a. vehicular
bridt'e across the bay at Dumbarton Point.
On motion of Vail a.rc,, ,_ ...x,yor was delegated to
attend with the authority to appoint two ether delegates. The
Mayor named Councilmen Win and

Alfred Seale, representin ';:eChamber of Commerce,

Councilman. R.E.Swain made a etatesent in relation to the
testit.ony of F. R. Ritchie in the paving case before the Appellate
Court., which testimony was to the effect that the Yedera1 Construc-
tion Co. was jointly interested with Mr. Ritchie in the bid sub-
mitted by Ir. Ritchie. -
