RESOLUTION NO. 3156
A RESOLUTION TO INITIATE ANNEXATION OF
MATADERO AND LA DONNA WELL SITES TO THE
CITY OF PALO ALTO
The Council of the City of Palo Alto resol ves:
Tha t the Mayor be and he is authorized to file app ropri at e
pe titions with the Santa Clara Cou nty Bo ard of Supe rvisors
pu rsuant to the Annexa tion Act of 1913 for the an ne xatio n to the
City of Palo Alto of the Matadero and LaD onna well sites,
de scr iptions of which are affix ed hereto, marked Exhibits A and
B respectiv ely, and by reference made a part hereof.
The a bove and foregoing re solutio n was duly and regularly
intro duced and passed et a regular meetin g of the Council of the
