RESOLUTION 110. 3147
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP OF TRACT 110. 2570
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does resolve as follows:
That the map of Tract No. 2570, Walnut Grove, being a portion
of Lots 1 and 2, J. J. Morris Subdivision of the Loucks Tract in
the City of Palo Alto, County of Satta Clara, State of California,
prepared by Jones, Thenn is Associates
dated August, 1959, be and the same hereby is approved, subject to
the subdivider's compliance with the provisions set forth in Engineer-
ing Bulletin No. 59-70 .
That said Final Map shall not be recorded until compliance with
the above conditions has been completed to the satisfaction of the
City Engineer of the City of Palo Alto:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all streets and portions of streets
shown upon said map within said subdivision be and the same hereby
are accepted as dedicated for public use, sjubject to the improvement
of said streets in accordance with standards established by the City
Council and City Engineer:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that public une easements for public
utilities, sanitary or storm sewers over, on or through the strips
of land lying between the front at.d/or sidelines of lots and dotted
lines and/or parallel dotted lines designated "P.U.E" such easements
to be kept open and free from buildings and structures of any kind.
Introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the Council of the
City of Palo Alto, on Monday the 12th day of. __Dktober , 1959, by
the following vote:
Ball, Byxbee, Evans, Giffin, Haight, Marshall, Mitchell,
Nevis, Porter, Rodgers, Stephens, Woodward.
Bishop, Davis, Zweng.
