A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 2971 CHANGING
CERTAIN PARKING REQUIREMENTS II COWPER STREET
BETWEEN HAMILTON AND FOREST AVENUES
Pursuant to Section 19.11 of the City Traffic Code
(Ordinance 1714) and as an amendment to Section 6 of Resolution
2971;
The City Council of the City of Palo Alto resolves:
Section 1. That the parking restrictions on both sides of
Cowper Street for the one block between Hamilton Avenue and
Forest Avenue be changed to two hour unmetered.
Section 2. That previous resolutions or portions thereof
providing for parking signs or meters inconsistent with those
authorized by this resolution are repealed to that extent.
Section 3. That the Parking Zones Map of the City of Palo
Alto be amended this date to reflect the changes made hereby.
Introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the Council
held on Monday, October 12 , ].959; by the following vote:
AYES, Ball, Bishop, Byxb,e, Evans, Giffin, Haight, Marshall,
Mitchell, Navis, Porter, Rodgers, Stephens, Woodward.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Davis, Zweng.
