A RESOLUTION OF PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF ENGINEER'S
REPORT
PROJECT NO. 58-1
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that

prepare engineering documents for the above -entitled project;
WHEREAS, such documents have been prepared and presented
to this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that said document;, consis
!.no of plans and specifications for the improvements, maps and
de,.criptione of lands, easements or improvements necessary or
convenient to be taken for such proposed improvements, engineer's
estimate of itemized and total cost of said acquisitions and
improvements, map showing the boundary line of the proposed asses
merit district, and diagram and assessment, be, and they are
hereby, preliminarily approved, and ordered file in i.he office of
:he City Clerk.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of
resolution adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 28th
day of September , 19 59 , by the following vote of
the members thereof:
