RESOLUTION NO. 3137
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PEA ALTO AMENDING
RESOLUTION 2971 TO ELIMINATE STOP SIGNS ON
UNIVERSITY AVENUE *t ITS INTERSECTION WITH
LINCOLN AVENUZ
Pursuant to 19.61 of Codified Ordinance No. 5 and by way
of amendment to Section 5 of Resolution 2971,
The City Council of the City of Palo Alto resolves:
Section 1. That University Avenue at its intersection
with Lincoln Avenue be designated a through street.
Section 2. That the portion of Section 5 o Resolution
2971 designating the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and
University Avenue a stop intersection is repealed to that extent.
Introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the Council
of the City of Palo Alto held Monday, the 28th day of
September , 1959, by the following vote:
Ball, Byxbee, Davis, Evans, Giffin, Haight, Marshall, Mitchell,
Navie, Rodgers, Stephens, Woodward, Zweng.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Bishop, Porter.
