RESOLUTION NO. 3133
RESOLUTION WITHDRAWING PROPERTY FROM BARRON
PAU F'RE PROTECTION DISTRICT BECAUSE OF ITS
ANNEXATION TO AND INCLUSION WITHIN THE CITY
OF PALO ALTO
The Council of the City of Palo Alto resolves:
Section 1. The following property has by annexation become
a part of the City of Palo Alto, said portion being in the County
of Santa Clara, State of California:
Beginning at the moat Easterly corner of
the Barron Park Fire District; thence South-
westerly along the Southeasterly line of said
Fire District to the most Southerly corner of
said Fire District; thence Northwesterly along
the Southeasterly line of said Fire District
to a point on the boundary line of Foothills
Annexation No. 2 to the City of Palo Alto; •
thence Northeasterly along said annexation
boundary line, to the Northeasterly line of
El Camino Real; thence Southeasterly along
said Northeasterly line to the point of
beginning.
Section 2. Such property is hereby withdrawn from Barron Park
Fire Protection District pursuant to the provisions of Section 14540
of the Health and Safety Code.
Introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the Council of
the City of Palo Alto held Monday, the 14th day of September
1959, by the following vote:
AYES' Bishop, Byxbee, Davis, Evans, Giffin, Haight, Marshall, Mitchell,
Navis, Porter, Rodgers, Stephens, Woodward, Zweng.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
