RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
the
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, that
Grant Deed
attached hereto between the
City of Palo Alto and Hazzie and Youlanda Morgan, Joint tenants,
conveying real property being all of Lots 3 and 4 in Block 6
and a portion of Lot 2 in Block 6 of the Bartley Tract
Subdivision No. 2 and known as 418 Fernando, Palo Alto,
California
be and the same hereby is approved, that the Mayor be and he
hereby is authorized to execute the same for and in behalf of
the City, and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to attest
his signature.
Introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the Council of
the City of Palo Alto on Monday, the 14th day of
September, 1959 , by the following vote:
Bishop, Byxbee, Evans, Giffin, Haight, Marshall, Mitchell,
Navin, Porter, Rodgers, Stephens, Woodward, Zweng.
AYES:
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Davis.
