RESOLUTION NO. 3131
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ENGINEERING DOCUMENTS
PROJECT NO. 58-1
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, Cali-
fornia, that the following engineering documents relating to the
acquisition and improvement of Amherst Avenue and other streets
and easements described in Resolution No. 3129, A Resolution of
Preliminary Determination, adopted by this Council on August 24,
1959, to -wit:
1. Plans and specifications for improvements.
2. Map or plat of lands or improvements necessary or
convenient to be taken for such proposed improvements.
3. Engineer's estimate of itemized and total cost of
said acquisitions and improvements.
4.. Map showing boundary line of the proposed assessment
district.
5. Diagram and assessment.
1 hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of
resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
Californil, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 14th day cf
September, 1959, by the following vote of members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Bisi.op, Byxbee, Davis, Evans, Giffin, Haight, Marshall,
Mitchell, Navis, Porter, Rodgers, Stephens, Woodward, Zweng.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: None.
