HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESO 3123RESOLUTION No. 3123 RESOLUTION BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO DESCRIBING EASEMENT SURPLUS TO CITY'S NEEDS AND AUTHOR/ZING MAYOR TO QUITCLAIM PROPERTY TO PERSONS) ENTITLED THERETO RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of PaJo Alto that the easement situated in the City of Palo Alto, County of Santa Clara, State of California described as: • All of that certain 10 -foot wide pzblic utilities easement lying within the boundatiea of Lot 1, Block 1, Tract No. 795 Charleston Meadows, recorded October 3, 1950 in Book 30 of Maps at page 53, Records of Santa Clara County, California, and lying southwesterly of a line which is parallel with and perpendicularly distant 10.00 feet southwesterly from the north- easterly line of said lot. is surplus to the City's needs, has no value and should be abandoned. Further resolved that the Mayor and the Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and deliver a Quitclaim deed to said property to "the persons or person legally entitled thereto." Introduced and passed at a regular meeting held Monday, July 27, 1959, by the following vote: AYES: whop, Byxbee, Davis, Evans, Giffin, Haight, Marshall, avis, Porter, Rodgers, Stephens, Woodward, Zweng.
