A report was received .from Committee #4, stating that"
bids Toad been received foe 20,uo0 oe the $40,000 bonds issued -
f water -mains, sewers and fir hydrants, and recommending that
the bid ,of. E. h. Rollins & Sons, at par, accrued interest and a
pr'emi. m of 333 for the twenty bonds of 11000' each, matsrrngein

On notion of Hettinger and Ackley Section 15 was amend-

On, motion of.Vail and Hettinger Paragraph 2, Page 2 ffia amended by changing the words "Health Officer," to "Board of

Congdon and Hettinger moved an amendment to provide for
the same per centOf delinquency and the sale of the property to
the <ci ty for non-payment as for the per cent of delinquency and
ua1e of 'property for non-payment
of luxe...
The motion was adopted-
