The Council of the City of Palo Alto resolves:
Section 1. The property herein described is declared surplus
to the needs of the City and its sale by the City Manager is
authorized.
Section 2. The properties, the prices and the persons to
whom sold are:
2865-2871 Alma Street $37,760.51 Denis A. Gilmer
2037-2043 Alma Street 33,600.00 M. C. Cavitt
2045-2051 Alma Street 40,600.00 Mabel M. Danielson
2732 Ross Road 16,777.00 Dorothea M. Williams
2735 Ross Road 15,227.00 Dorothea M. Williams
Section 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
on behalf of the City, escrow instructions, deeds and any other
documents necessary to complete the transactions.
Introduced and passed at a apeciil meeting of the Council of
the City of Palo Alto held on Monday, the day of 7uiy
1959,by the following vote:
AYES: Bishop, Byxbee, Cresap, Davis, Evans, Giffin, Haight, Marshall,
Mitchell, Navis, Porter, Rodgers, Stephens, Woodward, Zweng.
