Commerce asking that the "license f'ee., of .t, 8.00 pair.. by the Chamber
of Commerce for the Chautauqua Asaembiy Maur 28, 1915, be rebated.
Ackley and Hettinger moved that the req .set be rejected.
Thoits anct,Lakin made a substitate motion that the a-

'and it was suggested by Councilman Hettinger that in case. the .deed
