RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 2396
The Council of the City of Palo Alta does resolve as follows:
That the map of Tract No. 2396, being a portion of Lots 8C, 81,
82, 83, 84, 8S, 86 and 87 of the C. M. Wooster Company's subdivision
of the Clerk Ranch - in the City of Palo Ai..o, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, prepared by George S. Nolte, Civil
Engineer, dated.N*y.,'1.959, be and the same hereby is approved,
subject to the subdivider's compliance with the provisions set forth
in Engineering Bulletin No. 59-47.
That said Final Map shall not be recorded until Compliance with
the Above conditions has been completed to the satisfaction of the
City Engineer of the City of Palo Alto:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all streets and portions of streets
shown upon said map within said subdivision be and the same hereby
are accepted as dedicated for public use, subject to the improvement
of said streets in accordance with standards establishr.d by the City
Council and City Engineer:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that public use easements for public
utilities, sanitary or storm sewers over, on or through the strips
of land lying between the .front and/or sidelines of lots and dotted
lines and/pr parallel dotted lines designated "P.U.E" such easements
to be kept open and free from buildings and structures of any kind.
Introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the Council of the
City of Palo Alto, on Monday the Z2nd day of Ju a 1949 by the
following vote:
AYES:
Bishop, Byxbee, Corco an, Davis, Evans, Giffin, Marshall,
Mitchell, Porter, Rodgirs, Ruppenthal, Stephens, Woodward.
NOES None.
