Based on said testimony the following facts were feesstmwith-srespect to the existing main building and accessory shed on said property. 1. The main building and accaaaey-;hed were constructed in about 1910 and have no foundations. 2. Both buildings are constructed Without studs and without the required top plates to support the roof. 3. The vertical board and Witt construction of both buildings ya': G pormitt 4* structures of this type. 4. The main building is ;overed with cardboard on the interior. 5. AllW roof reftetelt both structures are undersize. 6. The main electric service is wired with a 30 amp. capacity inAtead of the ?00 amp.- capacity required by the7Pa7o Alto Electrical Code. 7. Both structures create a condition dangerous to human life and detrimental to health and constitute a fire hazard. 8. The buildings, and each of them, are found and declared to be nuisances. The owner is directed to abate said nuisances by demolition thereof within 30 days of the posting thereon of a copy of this resolution. The owner and other interested parties are informed that if - 1 - fesW wrp said buildings are not so idemolished, the City of Palo Alto will do so and that the cost thereof will be made a lien upon the land upon which said buildingsare mituated. The above resolution was introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Palo Alto held on Monday, the 22nd day of une, 1959, by the following vote: AYES: Bishop, Byxbee, Corcoran, Cresap, Davis, Evans, Giffin, Marshall, Mitchell, Porter, Rodgers, Ruppenthal, Stephens, Woodward.
